After the monastery, a 5 km long macadam path begins, passing through numerous olive groves with minor climbs and descents. At the end of the path, we turn around and take the same path back to Bol along the old road, approximately 3 km long. From Bol, we go west in the direction of Murvica. Trail 768 Bol – Vidova gora – Bol
The trail leads us from the center of Bol to the west, along the promenade next to the famous Zlatni Rat beach, along a slightly steep asphalt road, all the way to the 5 km distant village of Murvica. Behind Murvica begins a 5 km long macadam trail that passes through vineyards with minor ups and downs, and at the Smrčeva luka cove the macadam trail climbs steeply to the turnoff for Vela Farska cove, where it turns into an asphalt road, followed by a climb of about 6 km to the Vela Visoka hill. At the Vela Visoka hill we turn right to the east and along the macadam trail about 4 km long we reach the asphalt road. After turning right (towards the south) there is a climb of about 3 km through a pine forest to Vidova gora and the famous viewpoint. Vidova gora is the highest peak on the island of Brač at 778 m, and is also the highest peak of all Croatian islands. When descending, we stay on the asphalt road all the way to the place where we initially entered (3 km). There we turn right (to the east) onto a roughly 5 km long macadam path that takes us past Duboki dolac and Trolokvi to the asphalt road, which after 14 km (mostly downhill) takes us back to Bol .
