Our tourist activity takes place in two different houses, 10 m one another: one house is new with three apartments and the other one is old in the typical Dalmatian style with rooms to rent and cooking facilities ( kitchen available ).
All the three apartments are with sea view: one on the ground floor ( built in 2003 ) and two on the first floor ( built in 2007 ). They are heat and sound insulated.
The houses are in the centre of Bol, in a quiet and reserved area, out of the traffic, with private parking and area for the children.
The Petrić family has a long tourist tradition in room and apartment rental (since 1952), and is happy to help you have a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

The house is more than 100 years old built, in the typical dalmatian style, with walls 60 cm thick and stone roof. There are three floor, the Petric family lives on the ground and first floor ( private home and cellar); on the second floor there are the rooms for guests ( double and single rooms ), all with sea view. The rooms are large, furnished in a simple but complete way some with a two window. On the floor there are two bathrooms ( one with shower and the other with bath ). The house has a garden well shaded by a big tree ( mulberry ). There is also a small dalmatian stone house with typical stone roof with cooking facilities. The kitchen is equipped with two cookers, three fridges, one with freezer and necessary kitchenware. There is a fire place ( barbecue ) too, for the guests use. In the garden, under the tree shadow, there are tables and chairs where our guests can eat, meat new people and toast with a glass of our wine (Bolski Plavac). The house is perfect for families, groups of friends and young people. The house has private parking and area for children.
