Newly renovated in 2012, Villa Mare is a traditional stone house with swimming pool in a quiet part of Bol. The nearest beach (distance 300 m) and the town centre (250m) are only a short stroll away. It has parking, a terrace overlooking Bol and the sea, and an outdoor kitchen.
Indoors it features a kitchen, living room which opens onto the terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a balcony. One bedroom has a doublebed, the other two single beds. On the second floor is a studio room with a couch, that can sleep another person and a loggia with stunning views.
All rooms are air conditioned. The villa has two plasma TVs, satellite TV, home entertainment centre, wifi internet access, wall safe, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board with iron, washing machine, dishwasher. Minimal stay is three nights.
